Ravi Power Press offers a mechanical press in the form of Link Motion Presses, comprising a variable drive arrangement. The press boasts of a main gear which drives a crankshaft. The press is obtainable to first shift the slide toward the work piece at high speed, and subsequently get the work done at low speed before quickly retrieving the slide. Hydraulic Overload Protector
The protector will automatically stop presses within 0.1 sec. in case of any overload it has good response characteristic which en sure quick automatic return to normal operation just by means of simple manipulation.

Height : Enhanced accuracy & stability of product. Border selection criteria on material with slower engaging speed of slide block, the wear out resulted from heating of die & the loss of oil film on the surface of product are greatly reduced. The scratch on the surface of the product is less through the characteristic movement of slide block, the high production volume and low wear out are achieved.
